A self-service tool that cut a 7–10 day data request down to 30 minutes. Two pilot clients, foundation laid for 20+ markets.
Eliminated the 20-day receipt reconciliation lag for corporate cardholders. Transactions now reconcilable in minutes, not weeks.
Dual-sided system for consumers and the ops team both sides of the platform, solved together.
Matched the patterns users learned from Nykaa, Myntra and Amazon. Removed friction at the moment of purchase.
